Daniel Rybakken's Petit Standard is the culmination of an eight-year exploration into precision and detail. Designed to be a highly stackable chair, its stackability enhances its modern design. Crafted from die-cast aluminum and steel tubes forming a three-dimensional triangle, the lightweight frame presents a geometric silhouette. This is complemented by the warmth of the oak-veneer seat and backrest. The high back and curved seat offer ergonomic comfort, while the sturdy tubing ensures durability and efficient stacking, making it suitable for dining tables in restaurants, conference room furniture, and educational settings. The chair features a molded plywood seat and back with beech inner veneer and oak top and bottom veneer. Available in five seat and back finishes, including matt lacquered oak and various stained oak veneers, and five base colors, including black and ultramarine blue powder-coated steel.
